Sam Fruge is a board Certified Nurse Midwife who grew up in the Middle Georgia area and graduated from Northside High School. Sam graduated from Georgia College and State University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2010.

After bedside nursing in labor and delivery, and mission work in Belize, Sam decided to return to school to pursue a career in midwifery. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2019 with a focus in midwifery in order to help advocate for women. She has worked in a birth center and offers a holistic approach to labor and delivery.

Sam is married with four children; one son and three daughters! “We love to travel, be outdoors working on our farm or be with family. I support women in all walks of life, and feel blessed to be part of someone’s birth story.”
